Stonebridge Property Group is pleased to announce the sale of Woolworths Maleny in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Woolworths Maleny is 100% leased to ASX-listed Woolworths Group through to 2031, with options extending to 2056. The property occupies a valuable 5,225 sqm landholding zoned ‘District Centre’ in the popular Sunshine Coast hinterland town of Maleny and includes a 2,038 sqm supermarket with 109 on-site car parks.
The property sold unconditionally for $13,750,000, reflecting a sharp 5.12% yield.
The national Expressions of Interest campaign, conducted by Thomas Proberts, Michael Collins, Philip Gartland and Justin Dowers, generated over 160 genuine enquiries and resulted in six formal offers. The asset ultimately sold to a high net worth interstate investor from Stonebridge’s active buyer network.
