Rorey has over 12 years’ experience in the Australian commercial property industry
Rorey’s career first began in institutional investment properties before moving into the retail investment sector in 2012, focussing on single tenanted retail properties and smaller shopping centres. In 2015, Rorey started a new business line which had a sole focus on the sale of suburban strip retail properties in both Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. This business line is now involved in more than 50 transactions annually, with over 80% of these being sold via auction. Upon joining Stonebridge as a Partner, Rorey’s focus moved toward building the National Portfolio platform, working with a team that has over 40 years of combined experience. This newly formed national business line is dedicated to blue chip retail, fast food, childcare, medical, fuel and convenience investments. Rorey continues to be involved in the strip retail market, which has a number of synergies with the National Portfolio business.
