Nic has over 10 years of experience in the commercial property and retail investment sector, and is a recognised expert in the sub-$20 million retail market, specialising in key locations across Metropolitan Melbourne and Victoria’s regional cities.

Nic began his real estate career in 2012 in Norwood, South Australia, before relocating to Melbourne in 2016 to join a top-performing, retail investments focused team. Working closely with private investors, family offices, receivers, and corporate advisors, Nic has facilitated over 400 property transactions, via auction, EOI and off market processes. Highlight transactions handled by Nic and his team include, Armadale’s Zimmermann building, The Dava Hotel Mt Martha, Swan Streets Fargo & Co, the Carmel at Sorrento Hotel and the retail sell down of the Aston Village retail centre on behalf of ADCO.
