Chao has worked with the Asian buyer market for over 12 years’ with a specialisation in development sites, retail and office investments. His time in the market, professionalism, understanding of commercial real estate and experience has helped him to build strong connections and a deep level of trust with many of his clients and buyers, which has been pivotal for him to get deals across the line. Chao runs Stonebridge Property Group’s Asia Practice alongside Kevin Tong, and have over two decades of experience between them. Together with the wider team, the Asia Practice works hard to always be building on, and adding to, their networks and maintaining their relationships with Asian developers, high net worth investors, professional consultants and various associations within the Asian and Chinese communities.
