The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Analyst to join our National Portfolio team based in Sydney.  This role is ideally suited to an analyst with strong commercial property experience who enjoys working on transactions, national campaigns and detailed investment analysis.

You will work closely with Partners and Senior Sales Executives, playing a critical role in campaign strategy, pricing analysis, client reporting and transaction execution.  This is a high-impact position with genuine visibility across the business and a clear pathway into senior analytical or sales role for the right candidate.

While our primary focus is on experienced analysts, exceptional mid-level candidates with strong technical capability will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Property Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed financial and market analysis across commercial asset classes
  • Analysing comparable sales, leasing evidence, yields, capital structures and pricing strategies
  • Preparing high quality Information Memorandums, Submissions and Market Reports
  • Supporting Partners and Agents on National Portfolio campaigns and complex single-asset transactions
  • Providing analytical input into campaign positioning, pricing strategies and buyer targeting
  • Interpreting macro-economic data, demographic trends and market drivers impacting commercial property
  • Maintaining and enhancing internal databases and analytical models
  • Liaising with valuers, consultants, developers, investors and other industry professionals
  • Assisting with due diligence processes, settlement support and post-sale reporting
  • Contributing to client presentations, investment strategy discussions and internal decision making.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in commercial property analysis, valuations, investment sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial property markets, investment metrics and transaction processes
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel capability with strong numeracy and financial modelling skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Confident, proactive and comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and clients
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment

Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, business, economics or a related discipline are highly regarded.

Remuneration and Career Progression

  • Salary range $90,000 to $115,000 including superannuation, commensurate with experience
