The Role
Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Sales Director / Sales Executive to join our National Investment Sales team. The team specialise in the sale of blue-chip commercial investment property leased to tenants across the areas of freestanding retail, convenience retail, fast food, childcare, and medical sectors.
At Stonebridge, you will be working with a group of highly successful and experienced commercial property professionals, as well as analysts, senior administration, and marketing professionals. We are an energetic, focused, and enthusiastic team who have strong and long-standing relationships with our clients.
Our clients include high net worth private Investors, developers and syndicators together with large ASX listed companies.
You will be in our Sydney office and will also work closely with our Brisbane and Melbourne teams.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financials and Information Memorandums
- Managing sale and marketing campaigns (public / off-market)
- Co-ordinate exchange and settlement arrangements
- Preparation of financial analysis
- Sale contract negotiations
- Co-ordination of due diligence and marketing material
Your Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ retail property sales experience
- Licensed real estate agent
- Strong written and oral communication
- Excellent presentation
- Highly driven and ability to build genuine relationships
- General understanding of, and passion for commercial property
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills
- Self-motivated and eager to develop their career
