Stonebridge Property Group is pleased to announce the sale of Caring 4 Kids North Richmond, a brand new NSW childcare centre.
Strategically positioned just 200 metres from a major primary school and neighbouring a $1.8 Billion masterplanned development, the asset is underpinned by a 15 year net lease to 2030, with options extending to 2060.
Following an extensive national marketing campaign, the property was sold for $6,100,000, reflecting a strong yield of 4.92%.
The Expressions of Interest campaign was managed by Stonebridge’s Brett O’Neill, Michael Collins, Tom Moreland and Rory Alexander, and generated five competitive offers at the close of the campaign.
Commenting on the sale, Brett O’Neill, Executive at Stonebridge, said “We continue to witness significant investor demand for long term leased childcare investments secured by proven and established operators, with strong depth of buyers despite the assets location nearly 70 km from the Sydney CBD.”
