Kevin has over 13 years’ of experience in transacting commercial property in Australia, with core focus and specialisation in transacting retail investments to Asian investors.

Kevin has extensive experience transacting and dealing with Asian clients both locally and offshore. For the last 13 years’ Kevin has had a clear focus in educating the Asian buyer profile purely on the retail investments sector, including freestanding pad sites, supermarkets and larger scale shopping centres. Kevin and his Asia Practice team have transacted in excess of $8.5 billion to Asian based investors. Kevin has built up a strong network and brand amongst the Asian community, being one of the first to introduce Asian investors to commercial property in Australia. He has earnt the reputation of being the expert for retail investments in the Asian markets.
