This national initiative aims to champion the next generation of female leaders in the property industry by providing valuable opportunities for mentorship, increased visibility, and professional growth.
Nicola has been a vital member of our Stonebridge NSW team for 5 years. Her analytical insights and thorough campaign management have been instrumental in the success of several high-profile campaigns, including:
SKYE Suites Sydney and Our Skittle Place Retail: Nicola led the analysis and sale coordination for the asset – a complex offering involving hotel, retail, and business assets. She facilitated a comprehensive due diligence process on behalf of the provisional liquidator with the campaign generating 309 enquiries.
Telstra Portfolio: Nicola led the intricate marketing and due diligence process for the successful sale of a Telstra asset portfolio, involving a sale and leaseback structure for these complex, mixed-use redevelopment opportunities.
