The purchaser was originally referred to us through our channel networks in March this year and had reviewed multiple city fringe opportunities with our team over this period. They specifically wanted to purchase an investment in Richmond/ Collingwood/ Abbotsford area and have an appetite to buy 2 more properties. The Asian buyer market has been particularly active since May this year, and we are seeing this trend continue.
