Stonebridge Property Group has achieved a benchmark result with the sale of Bridgestone & Auto Masters Aura, Caloundra, which transacted for $5,050,000 on a sharp 4.35% yield.
The asset attracted 159 enquiries and led to competitive bidding across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane bidding rooms at Stonebridge’s October National Portfolio Auction.
Developed by Newlink Property Group in 2023, the investment is underpinned by head company net leases to market leading tenants, Bridgestone and Auto Masters.
The sale joins a slew of recent Stonebridge transactions on the Sunshine Coast totalling over $48,000,000.
Sold within the same precinct was EG Ampol & Oporto Aura Caloundra, which achieved $8,100,000, alongside other strong Sunshine Coast results including Woolworths Maleny at $13,750,000 and KFC Nambour at $5,010,000.
The Sunshine Coast continues to be regarded as a safe haven for investors nationally, with the asset’s location within Stockland’s $9 billion master planned community ‘Aura’ being a key attraction. Aura is the fastest growing master planned community in the country, set to accommodate more than 50,000 residents upon completion.
